Former 'The Hills' actress Audrina Patridge took time off from her busy schedule of wearing a bikini to celebrate her 27th birthday at the exclusive ME Cabo Hotel, in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

She looked in great shape off her slammin' body in a white bikini as she strutted around the Nikki Beach Club inside the ME Cabo Hotel.
